中药灌肠联合中药热奄包外敷对盆腔炎性疾病的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价中药灌肠联合中药热奄包外敷对盆腔炎性疾病的护理效果。方法选取68例盆腔炎性疾病患者,均接受中药灌肠联合中药热奄包外敷治疗,遵循随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度为97.06%,高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项中医证候积分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组的遵医行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎性疾病患者采用中药灌肠联合中药热奄包外敷治疗期间,应用优质护理能显著提升临床服务质量,协助改善盆腔炎症,促使患者保持最佳状态安心配合治疗,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of heat therapy on pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods 68 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected,all of whom received traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of heat therapy.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received high-quality care.Compare the nursing effects between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of control group(79.41%)(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of compliance behavior in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease using traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with hot compress,the application of high-quality nursing can significantly improve the quality of clinical services,assist in improving pelvic inflammation,and promote patients to maintain their best state and cooperate with treatment with peace of mind,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
