手术室护理在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术中的临床应用价值。方法选取本院120例卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受手术室护理,比较两组的手术相关指标、满意度。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理在卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术中的临床应用价值显著,可以有效提升手术效果和患者满意度。Objective To explore the clinical application value of operating room nursing in laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts.Methods 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received operating room care on the basis of the control group.The surgical related indicators and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter surgical time and hospital stay than the control group,less intraoperative bleeding,and lower incidence of complications compared to the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than the control group's 73.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of operating room nursing in laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts is significant,which can effectively improve surgical results and patient satisfaction.
