摘　　要：目的探讨基于行为转变理论的认知护理对妊娠期高血压疾病患者的知识认知度及血压控制影响。方法选取本院67例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组34例、观察组33例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于行为转变理论的认知护理,比较两组的血压控制效果、知识认知度。结果护理8周后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);护理4周、护理8周后,观察组高血压知识水平量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于行为转变理论的认知护理应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,能有效控制血压,提高知识认知度。objective To explore the impact of cognitive nursing based on behavioral transformation theory on knowledge cognition and blood pressure control in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods 67 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases and an observation group of 33 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received cognitive care based on behavioral change theory on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure control effect and knowledge cognition level of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of nursing care,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of nursing and 8 weeks of nursing,the observation group had a higher score on the hypertension knowledge level scale than the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The application of cognitive nursing based on behavioral transformation theory in patients with gestational hypertension can effectively control blood pressure and improve knowledge and cognitive level.
