需要层次护理在卵巢癌患者护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察卵巢癌患者采取需要层次护理的临床应用价值。方法 选取69例卵巢癌患者,按照护理方法不同将患者分为对照组(35例,采用常规护理)、观察组(34例,在常规护理基础上联合需要层次护理),比较两组护理效果。结果 护理后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组,自尊感评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组自护能力评分(98.74±3.96)分高于对照组的(75.98±2.64)分,癌因性疲乏感评分(14.20±0.03)分低于对照组的(22.97±1.28)分(P<0.05)。结论 针对卵巢癌患者,应用需要层次护理,能够有效改善患者负性情绪,提升自尊感及自护能力,降低癌因性疲乏感。Objective To observe the clinical application value of ovarian cancer patients in need of multi-level nursing.Methods 69 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into control group(35 cases with conventional nursing) and observation group(34 cases with combined need level nursing on the basis of conventional nursing) according to different nursing methods.Results After nursing,the scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and hamilton depression scale(HAMD) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of self-esteem were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of self-care ability(98.74±3.96)points in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(75.98±2.64)points,and the score of cancer-related fatigue(14.20±0.03)points was lower than that in the control group(22.97±1.28)points(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian cancer,the application of multi-level nursing can effectively improve patients' negative emotions,enhance self-esteem and self-care ability,and reduce cancer-related fatigue.
