摘　　要：王祥生教授乃山东省名中医专家,享受国务院津贴荣誉,从事中医临床肾脏病多年,学术理论造诣颇深。笔者有幸拜师门下,跟随侍诊,每每深受启发,故总结归纳其学术思想,期望推广运用到临床,令更多的肾脏病患者受益。目的:探讨王祥生教授中医治疗慢性肾衰竭学术思想与临床经验,并将其推广应用到临床,完成学术转化。方法:总结、归纳王祥生教授从医多年来治疗慢性肾衰竭的中医临床经验与学术思想。结果:通过查阅古今文献,对慢性肾衰竭病名、病因、病机进行剖析,总结出慢性肾衰竭病机是本虚标实,虚实夹杂证,脾肾亏虚是慢性肾衰竭的病机根本,肾脾乃先后天之根本,脾肾亏虚日久,脏腑正常生理功能受损,产生各种病理产物,如水湿、浊毒、瘀血等,其中瘀血既是病理产物又是致病因素,多种致病产物胶结发病。故治疗上健脾补肾是关键,活血通络贯穿始终,在此理论基础上根据中药传统疗效结合现代药物理论创立三联同步疗法,临床效果显著。结论:王祥生教授运用“健脾补肾、活血通络”法治疗慢性肾衰竭,标本兼顾,内外统筹,在临床取得颇好的疗效,值得我辈大力学习并推广,旨在给更多肾病患者带来曙光。Professor WANG Xiangsheng is a famous TCM expert in Shandong Province,enjoying the honor of the State Council Allowance.The professor has been engaged inTCM clinical treatment of kidney diseases for many years and has profound academic theoretical attainments.The author has the honor to follow the teacher in the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is often deeply inspired.Therefore,the academic thoughts of Professor WANG are summarized with a prospect that the academic ideas can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice to benefit more patients.Objective:To explore Professor WANG Xiangsheng’s academic thought and clinical experience in TCM treatment of chronic renal failure,and to apply it in clinical practice to complete academic transformation.Methods:The clinical experience and academic thoughts of Professor WANG Xiangsheng in treating chronic renal failure over the years were sorted out and summarized.Results:By referring to ancient and modern literature and analyzing the name,etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure,it is concluded that the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is sthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,which is syndrome of mixed deficiency and excess.Deficiency of the spleen and kidney is the root of chronic renal failure,and the kidney and spleen are the congenital and acquired root.If the spleen and kidney deficiency prolongs,the normal physiological function of the viscera is damaged,and various pathological products are produced,such as water dampness,turbidity poison,blood stasis,etc.,among which blood stasis is both pathological products and pathogenic factors,and a variety of pathogenic products are consolidated.Therefore,the treatment for invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney is the key,and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals run through the treatment.On the basis of this theory,the triple synchronous therapy has remarkable clinical effects by combining the traditional curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and modern drug
