摘  要:本研究研制一套建立骨通道-清除坏死骨组织-结构性骨移植(BCB)的创新保髋手术器械,用于微创手术治疗临床早期股骨头坏死(ONFH)患者。该手术器械由定位系统、骨道清除系统、骨替代修复植入系统3部分组成,分别用于股骨头坏死区域定位、建立骨粗通道、坏死组织清除后植骨,以便治疗早期ONFH患者。此手术器械设计合理、结构紧凑、经济高效,具有清除坏死物更彻底、术中透视少、出血量少、手术操作简单、易于广泛推广学习的优点,可为临床提供一种操作简单、安全、微创且经济的治疗早期ONFH的保髋手术方法,具有较高的临床应用价值。In this study,a set of innovative hip-preserving surgical instruments for building bone canal-clean up osteonecrosis-bone implantation(BCB)was developed for minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with early-stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH).The surgical instrument is composed of three parts:positioning system,bone channel removal system and bone replacement repair implantation system.It is used to locate the area of femoral head necrosis,establish bone thick channel and bone graft after necrotic tissue removal,so as to treat patients with early-stage ONFH.This surgical instrument is reasonable in design,compact in structure,economical and efficient.It has the advantages of more thorough removal of necrotic materials,less intraoperative fluoroscopy,less bleeding,simple operation,and easy to be widely promoted and learned.It can provide a simple,safe,minimally invasive and economical hip-preserving surgical method for the treatment of early-stage ONFH,which has high clinical application value.
