摘　　要：目的对海南医学院“临床医学”学科近10年的发展态势进行文献计量学分析,为学校科研管理和学科建设规划等提供参考研究方法以及科学、准确的数据支撑。方法利用ESI和InCites数据库,以海南医学院“临床医学”学科为研究对象,从SCI论文产出、论文影响力、期刊分布和国内外合作机构等方面进行文献计量学分析,评价海南医学院“临床医学”学科近10年的学科发展态势。结果海南医学院“临床医学”学科SCI论文数量近10年间整体呈上升的增长趋势,特别是从2019年起,增长速度较快。论文CNCI值呈波浪发展趋势,大体与年度被引频次相关。科研合作,特别是国际合作对学科竞争力的贡献较大。结论海南医学院“临床医学”学科科研产出和科研竞争力逐年提高,但整体学术水平和影响力依然不足,高影响力论文较少。Objective To analyze the discipline development trend of clinical medicine in Hainan Medical University in the past 10 years by bibliometrics,and to provide reference research methods and scientific and accurate data support for school scientific research management and discipline construction planning.Methods Using ESI and InCites databases,the clinical medicine discipline of Hainan Medical University was taken as the research object,and the bibliometric analysis was carried out from the aspects of SCI paper output,paper influence,journal distribution and domestic and foreign cooperation institutions to evaluate the discipline development trend of clinical medicine of Hainan Medical University in the past 10 years.Results The number of SCI papers in the subject of clinical medicine in Hainan Medical University had been increasing in the past 10 years,especially since 2019,with a rapid growth rate.The CNCI value of the paper showed a wave development trend,which was generally related to the annual citation frequency.Scientific research cooperation,especially international cooperation,contributed greatly to the competitiveness of disciplines.Conclusion The research output and competitiveness of clinical medicine discipline of Hainan Medical University have improved year by year,but the overall academic level and influence are still insufficient,and high-impact papers are lacking.
