细节全方位护理对CT引导下肺穿刺并发症的护理效果及舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究细节全方位护理对CT引导下肺穿刺并发症的护理效果及舒适度的影响。方法以2021年6月-2022年6月于我院行CT引导下肺穿刺检测的64例受检者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在其基础上应用细节全方位护理,比较两组穿刺配合度、穿刺成功率、穿刺时间、肺穿刺并发症、舒适度及护理满意率。结果观察组穿刺配合优良率、穿刺成功率高于对照组,穿刺时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺穿刺并发症发生率小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理舒适度及躯体舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节全方位护理在CT引导下肺穿刺活检中具有积极应用价值,可改善受检者检测配合度,提高其穿刺成功率,缩短穿刺时间,有利于提升受检者舒适度及护理满意率。Objective To explore the effect of detailed and omni-directional nursing on the nursing effect and comfort of CT-guided lung puncture complications.Methods A total of 64 subjects who underwent CT-guided lung biopsy in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(32 subjects)and observation group(32 subjects)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed and omni-directional nursing on the basis of the control group.The puncture coordination,puncture success rate,puncture time,lung puncture complications,comfort and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of puncture cooperation and success rate of puncture in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the puncture time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of lung puncture complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological comfort and physical comfort in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed and omni-directional nursing has positive application value in CT-guided lung biopsy.It can improve the patient's detection cooperation,improve the success rate of puncture,shorten the puncture time,and help to improve the patient's comfort and nursing satisfaction rate.
