醒脑解郁胶囊治疗帕金森病合并抑郁30例

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑解郁胶囊治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床疗效。方法:选择帕金森病合并抑郁患者86例,随机分为对照组(多巴丝肼片组,26例)、阳性药物组(多巴丝肼片联合盐酸普拉克索组,30例)及观察组(多巴丝肼片联合醒脑解郁胶囊组,30例),共治疗3个月。比较各组临床疗效、运动症状、抑郁症状评分及安全性指标。结果:各组治疗前统一帕金森病评分量表(unified Parkinson's disease rating scale,UPDRS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)及非运动症状问卷(non-motor symptoms questionnaire,NMQuest)评分比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。用药6、12周后,阳性药物组、观察组UPDRS评分下降,但各组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阳性药物组、观察组HAMD及NMQuest评分下降明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳性药物组与观察组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。阳性药物组及观察组对于改善抑郁及非运动症状的总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组治疗前后相关实验室检查均未见明显异常(P>0.05)。结论:使用多巴丝肼片联合醒脑解郁胶囊及多巴丝肼片联合普拉克片均可改善帕金森患者的抑郁症状,疗效较好且安全,其中醒脑解郁胶囊价廉效显。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnao Jieyu capsules in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD)combined with depression.Methods:Eighty-six patients with PD and depression were selected and randomly divided into the control group(Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets group,26 cases),the positive drug group(Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets combined with pramipexole dihydrochloride group,30 cases)and the observation group(Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets combined with Xingnao Jieyu capsule group,30 cases),and they were treated for a total of three months.To compare clinical efficacy,motor symptoms,depression symptom scores and safety indexes between the groups.Results:Before the treatment,the difference had no statistical meaning in the unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and non-motor symptoms.question-naire(NMQuest)scores(P>0.05).After six and twelve weeks of medication,the UPDRS scores of the positive drug group and the observation group decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant between the groups(P>0.05);the HAMD and NMQuest scores of the positive drug group and the observation group decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant when compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the positive drug group and the observation group had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).The total effective rates of improving depression and non-motor symptoms in both the positive drug group and the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious abnormalities were seen in the relevant laboratory tests before and after treatment in each group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets and Xingnao Jieyu capsules,the application of Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride tablets and pramipexole dihydrochloride can improve the symptoms of depression in PD patients with good efficacy and safety
