早期量化功能锻炼联合中医三联干预措施对糖尿病周围血管病变患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察早期量化功能锻炼联合中医三联干预措施对糖尿病周围血管病变患者的影响。方法:将68例糖尿病周围血管病变患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各34例,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组采用早期量化功能锻炼联合中医三联干预措施,比较两组患者干预前后下肢动脉血流量、负性情绪评分及干预后糖尿病生活质量特异性量表(diabetes specific quality of lifescale,DSQL)总评分与护理效果。结果:干预1个月后,两组患者下肢动脉血流量高于干预前,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于干预前,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组DSQL总评分低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的79.41%(27/34)(P<0.05)。结论:早期量化功能锻炼联合中医三联干预措施能增加糖尿病周围血管病变患者下肢动脉血流量,提高患者生活质量和护理效果,改善患者不良情绪。Objective:To study the effects of early quantitative functional exercise combined with triple interventions of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods:Sixtyeight patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were divided into 34 cases each in the control group and the study group according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group adopted conventional nursing measures,while the study group adopted the early quantitative functional exercise combined with Chinese medicine triple interventions,to compare the lower limb arterial blood flow,the negative emotion score,and the total score of DSQL and the effect of nursing before and after the intervention of the patients in the two groups.Results:After one month of intervention,the lower limb arterial blood flow of the two groups was higher than that before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after one month of intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups were lower than these before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);and after one month of intervention,the total scores of DSQL of the patients in the study group were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was97.06%(33/44),higher 79.41%(27/34)that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early quantitative functional exercise combined with Chinese medicine triple intervention can increase lower limb arterial blood flow in patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease,improve patients'quality of life and nursing effect,and improve patients'bad mood.
