摘　　要：常春藤皂苷元是一种五环三萜类化合物,具有多种生物活性,并有着抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、抗炎和抗菌等药理作用,其通过调控细胞凋亡、自噬及细胞周期影响肿瘤的进展,并对抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病和骨关节炎等疾病有一定的改善作用。常春藤皂苷元衍生物α-常春藤皂苷元在抗肿瘤研究中也表现出了一定的潜力,其可以诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和铁死亡,在抑制细胞增殖和转移等方面发挥抗癌作用。本文通过整合近年来常春藤皂苷元及其衍生物的研究成果,进行综述探讨。Hederagenin is a pentyclic triterpenoid compound with a variety of biological activities and pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor,anti-depressant,anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial.Hederagenin affects the progression of tumors by regulating apoptosis,autophagy and cell cycle,and has a certain improvement effect on depression,Alzheimer′s disease,osteoarthritis and other diseases.Theα-hederagenin,derivative of hederagenin,has also shown certain potential in anti-tumor research.It can induce apoptosis and ferroptosis of tumor cells,and play an anti-cancer role in inhibiting cell proliferation and metastasis.In this paper,the research results of hederagenin and its derivative in recent years are summarized and discussed.
