摘  要:近年来,微针由于其微尺寸(500~1000μm长度)和高表面积,可以通过皮肤无痛和有效地给药而引起了人们的广泛关注。除了基于微针的经皮给药取得巨大成功外,越来越多的研究表明微针的应用已经扩展到各种器官的应用,包括脱发、眼部疾病和口腔黏膜治疗的递送。本文讨论了目前脱发、眼部疾病、口腔疾病及心血管疾病的治疗,并概述了微针载药系统在这四种非皮肤器官组织疾病中应用的最新进展。同时强调了未来微针载药系统的发展趋势和挑战。In recent years,microneedles have attracted much attention due to their small size(500 to 1000μm in length)and high surface area,which allow painless and effective drug delivery through the skin.In addition to the great success of microneedle-based transdermal drug delivery,an increasing number of studies have shown that the application of microneedles has expanded to various organ applications,including the delivery of alopecia,eye diseases,and oral mucosal treatments.This article discusses the current treatment of hair loss,eye diseases,oral diseases and cardiovascular diseases,and outlines the latest progress in the application of microneedle drug delivery system in these four non-skin organ and tissue diseases.At the same time,the development trend and challenges of microneedle drug delivery systems in the future are emphasized.
