摘　　要：特应性皮炎(AD)常常合并特应性共病,随着AD及特应性共病的不断增加,现已成为了一个重大的公共卫生问题。目前大部分研究认为AD及其共病按照时间顺序发生,从AD和食物过敏,到过敏性鼻炎,最后发展为哮喘的这种现象通常被称为特应性进程。目前这种特应性进程的发生机制尚不完全明确。本文对AD的流行病学、与特应性共病相关性、危险因素、发生特应性共病及进程可能的机制及其预防和治疗措施相关研究进展进行综述。Atopic dermatitis(AD)is often associated with atopic comorbidities.With the increasing number of AD and atopic comorbidities,AD has become a major public health problem.Most studies believe that AD and its comorbidities occur in a chronological sequence,from AD and food allergy,to allergic rhinitis,and finally to asthma.This phenomenon is often referred to as atopic progression.At present,the mechanism of this atopic progression is not fully understood.This article reviews the research progress on the epidemiology of AD,its association with atopic comorbidity,risk factors,possible mechanisms of atopic comorbidity and its progression,as well as its prevention and treatment measures.
