饮食控制结合胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的效果及对血糖水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究饮食控制联合胰岛素治疗对妊娠糖尿病血糖水平的影响效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年12月沂水县杨庄镇中心卫生院收治的90例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采取单独胰岛素治疗,观察组采取饮食控制联合胰岛素治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组血糖指标和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施饮食控制结合胰岛素治疗方案能够有效提高临床对妊娠糖尿病患者的管理质量,提高患者的血糖控制效果,减少不良妊娠结局发生,提高患者妊娠安全性。Objective To study the effect of dietary control combined with insulin therapy on blood glucose level in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Yangzhuang Town Central Health Center of Yishui County from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin alone,and the observation group was treated with diet control com-bined with insulin.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the blood glucose index and glycosylated hemoglobin level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of di-etary control combined with insulin therapy can effectively improve the quality of clinical management of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the control effect of patients'blood glucose level,reduce the occurrence of ad-verse pregnancy outcomes,and improve the pregnancy safety of patients.
