早期T2DM患者应用消渴丸联合六味地黄丸加减的作用价值

摘　　要：目的探究早期2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)治疗中应用消渴丸与六味地黄丸加减联合治疗的作用价值。方法回顾性选取北京市昌平区中医医院于2022年7月—2023年12月收治的60例早期T2DM患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为常规组(n=30,单用消渴丸治疗)和观察组(n=30,消渴丸联合六味地黄丸加减治疗),对比两组临床疗效、血糖水平改善情况、中医证候积分。结果观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于常规组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05)。治疗1个月,观察组血糖水平和中医证候积分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论早期T2DM患者应用消渴丸治疗中加入六味地黄丸加减作用价值显著,可使疗效提升并纠正糖代谢水平,显著改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the effect value of the application of the combination of Xiaoke pill and Liuwei Dihuang pill plus reduction in the treatment of early-stage type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with early T2DM admitted to Beijing Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were di-vided into routine group(n=30,treated with Xiaoke Pill alone)and observation group(n=30,treated with Xiaoke Pill combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill).The clinical efficacy,improvement of blood glucose level and Traditional Chi-nese Medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observa-tion group(96.67%)was higher than that of the conventional group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ^(2)=5.192,P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the blood glucose level and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Early-stage T2DM patients were treated with the application of Xia-oke pill with the addition of Liuwei Dihuang pill plus reduction,the clinical efficacy of which improved and corrected the level of glucose metabolism,and the clinical symptoms were significantly improved.
