手术室护理在妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者围手术期中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者采取手术室护理的应用价值。方法选取2022年9月—2023年10月平邑县人民医院收治的60例妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为两组,常规组(30例)实施常规护理,研究组(30例)采取手术室护理,比较两组并发症发生情况、心理状态、护理满意度。结果研究组并发症发生率相比常规组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组焦虑、抑郁评分相比常规组更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病剖宫产患者围手术期,采用手术室护理具有显著效果,既控制并发症发生率,还能够改善患者的心理状态,进一步提升患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of operating room nursing in patients with gesta-tional diabetes cesarean section.Methods A total of sixty gestational diabetes cesarean section patients from Pingyi County People's Hospital from September 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.Randomi number table method was used to divid into two groups with thirty cases in each group,the routine group received routine nurs-ing,the study group received operating room nursing.The occurrence of complications,psychological state,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two group.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the rou-tine group,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients with gestational diabetes cesarean section,the use of operating room nursing has significant effects,not only to control complications rate,but also to improve the psychological state of patients,and further enhance the satisfaction of patients'nursing.
