摘 要:螺旋折流板换热器是管壳式换热器的一种,相比弓形折流板换热器具有诸多优势。本文介绍了螺旋折流板换热器的研究进展,总结了螺旋折流板换热器的结构(如螺旋角、螺距等)与换热器的性能(如压降、传热系数等)之间关系的研究成果,提出了可提高换热器性能的新型结构及设计方法。Helical baffles heat exchanger was a kind of shell and tube heat exchanger,which had many advantages compared with bowed single segmental heat exchanger.This paper introduced the research progress of spiral folded plate heat exchanger,and summarised the research on the relationship between the structure of spiral folded plate heat exchanger such as helix angle and pitch and the performance of heat exchanger such as pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient.Finally,the new structures and heat exchanger design methods for improving heat exchanger performance were pointed out.
