摘　　要：乡村振兴是我国农村发展的重要战略,而农村集体资金、集体资产和集体资源(以下简称“三资”)是实现乡村振兴的重要物质基础。要推动农村集体经济发展,提高农民收入,就必须高度重视“三资”的管理与运营。通过深入剖析当前农村集体“三资”管理运营现实状况及存在的问题,从加强组织领导、优化人才培养与队伍建设、推进信息化管理、强化监管和风险防控等多个维度进行分析研究,结合优秀案例,尝试提出一系列新的工作思路,以期实现农村集体“三资”的有效管理和高效运营。Rural revitalization is an important strategy for the development of China's rural areas,and rural collective funds,assets,and resources(hereinafter referred to as"three capitals")are the essential material foundation for achieving rural revitalization.To promote the development of rural collective economy and increase farmers'income,it is necessary to attach great importance to the management and operation of"three capitals".By deeply analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the management and operation of rural collective"three capitals",this paper conducts analytical research from multiple dimensions such as strengthening organizational leadership,optimizing talent cultivation and team building,promoting information management,and strengthening supervision and risk prevention and control.Combined with excellent cases,this paper attempts to propose a series of new working ideas in order to achieve effective management and efficient operation of rural collective"three capitals".
