摘 要:以大通湖东垸分洪闸为例,在分析闸室基础地质条件的基础上,将原高压摆喷防渗墙变更为水泥土搅拌桩方案,结合现场试桩试验,确定出浆液水灰比及密度、浆液用量、下沉和提升速度、浆液流量等参数取值;并进行了钻机优选和钻头优化改进;基于此,对施工工艺要点展开分析探讨。结果表明,五轴水泥土搅拌桩具有成桩速度快、一次施工面积大、工效高、冷缝出现可能性小、搅拌充分、成桩完整性和均匀性均较好等技术优势,可在同类型水利工程中推广应用。Taking the Dongguan diversion sluice of Datong Lake as an example,based on the analysis of the basic geological conditions of the gate chamber,the original high-pressure swing jet grouting anti-seepage wall was changed to a cement soil mixing pile scheme Combined with the field pile test,the slurry water-cement ratio and density,the slurry dosage,the sinking and lifting speed,the slurry flow rate,and other parameter values were determined;drilling rig optimization and drill bit optimization improvement are carried out;Based on this,the key points of construction technology is analyzed.The results show that the five-axis cement soil mixing pile has the technical advantages,such as fast pile formation speed,large primary construction area,high working efficiency,small possibility of cold joint,sufficient mixing,good pile integrity and uniformity,and can be popularized and applied in the same type of water conservancy projects.
