摘 要:以板岩磨制石粉与活性矿物掺合料替代传统的粉煤灰,通过检测混凝土的工作性能、抗压强度、碱活性评价以及计算材料成本,结果表明当石粉与复合掺合料二者比例为2:8时混凝土各项性能最佳,相比原粉煤灰方案单价降低12.70%;二者用量与混凝土抗压强度线性相关,复合掺合料与粉煤灰性能基本相当;板岩材料非碱活性,可用于配制HSCC应对粉煤灰供应不足的风险。The traditional fly ash was replaced by slate pulverized stone powder and active mineral admixture.The working performance,compressive strength,alkali activity evaluation and material cost calculation of concrete were tested.The results show that when the ratio of stone powder to composite admixture is 2:8,the concrete performance is the best,and the unit price of the original fly ash is reduced by 12.70%.The dosage of the two is linearly related to the compressive strength of concrete.The properties of composite admixtures are similar to those of fly ash.The slate materials are non-alkaline and can be used to prepare HSCC to cope with the risk of insufficient supply of fly ash.
