摘  要:在水质监测中,采用纳氏试剂分光光度法测量水样中氨氮的含量。为了保证氨氮含量能得到有效监测,对影响氨氮测定的关键因素,如水样存放时间、水样浑浊、光波长、显色时间和pH值进行了分析,得到了测量氨氮的最佳条件。因此,在今后的测量中,要尽可能的规避上述因素对测量结果造成的影响,提高氨氮结果的准确性和科学性。In water quality monitoring,the content of ammonia nitrogen in water samples was measured by Nesser's reagent spectrophotometry.In order to ensure the effective monitoring of ammonia nitrogen content,the key factors affecting the determination of ammonia nitrogen,such as storage time of water sample,turbidity of water sample,light wavelength,color development time and pH value were analyzed.The optimum conditions for measuring ammonia nitrogen were obtained.Therefore,in the future measurement,it is necessary to avoid the influence of the above factors on the measurement results as much as possible,so as to improve the accuracy and scientific results of ammonia nitrogen.
