摘  要:以3个果桑品种一年生半木质化枝条为扦插材料,探讨不同浓度ABT-1、IBA、NAA处理对果桑扦插成活率及生长指标的影响,并采用排队评分法和公式评分法筛选最佳处理条件,旨在为实现果桑优良品种的规模化生产提供技术支持。结果表明:在不同处理条件下,3个果桑品种的扦插成活率与对照相比均有明显提高,且在不同品种、激素种类和激素浓度间扦插成活率均存在极显著差异,各因素影响程度由大到小依次为品种、激素浓度、激素种类;总体上,与对照相比,不同激素种类及浓度处理均能显著提高3个果桑品种的新梢重、新梢长、根重、根数、根总长、根直径和根尖数等扦插生长指标。综合评分结果表明,激素对台湾大果桑和红果2号扦插效果的促进作用排序分别为IBA、NAA、ABT-1和IBA、ABT-1、NAA,最佳处理条件都是200 mg/L IBA处理;对台湾四季果桑扦插效果的促进作用排序为ABT-1、NAA、IBA,最佳处理条件为200 mg/L ABT-1处理。在最佳处理条件下,台湾大果桑、台湾四季果桑、红果2号的嫩枝扦插成活率最高,分别可达79%、96%、72%,且3个果桑品种各扦插生长指标均表现良好。该研究为进一步研发高效实用的果桑扦插技术提供了一定的理论指导,也为桑树扦插生根机制的深入研究提供了参考。To facilitate the rapid reproduction and extensive utilization of superior fruit mulberry varieties,this study inves-tigated the effects of different hormone types(ABT-1,IBA and NAA)and concentrations on the survival rate and growth characteristics of softwood cuttings from three fruit mulberry varieties.The optimal treatment conditions were determined by using queuing score and formula score.The results revealed a significant improvement in the survival rate of three fruit mulberry varieties under various treatments compared to the control group.Furthermore,the three factors(variety,hor-mone concentration,and hormone type)exhibited an exceptionally significant impact on the survival rate,with variety being the most influential,followed by hormone concentration and hormone type.Overall,the different hormone types and concentrations significantly enhanced the new shoot weight,new shoot length,root weight,root number,total root length,root diameter,and root tips across all three fruit mulberry varieties.Through comprehensive evaluation,it was de-termined that IBA had the greatest promoting effect on softwood cutting of Taiwan Daguosang and Hongguo 2,followed by NAA and ABT-1 for Taiwan Daguosang,ABT-1 and NAA for Hongguo 2,respectively.Both optimal treatment conditions were 200 mg/L IBA.Conversely,for Taiwan Si-jiguosang,ABT-1 exhibited the highest promoting effect,followed by NAA and IBA.Notably,the optimal treatment combinations were 200 mg/L ABT-1 Under the optimal treatments,the highest survival rate of Taiwan Daguo-sang,Taiwan Sijiguosang,Hongguo 2 were 79%,96%and 72%,respectively.Moreover,the each growth indicator of softwood cutting of the three fruit mulberry varieties all performed well.This study provided some theoretical guidance for the further development of efficient and practical mulberry cutting technology,and also provided a reference for the in-depth study of the rooting mechanism of mulberry cutting.
