史浩与南宋前期的政治体制

摘　　要：高宗内禅前后,南宋政局复杂多变。作为旧君为新朝布下的人事安排,为了延续高宗体制、修正秦桧弊政,史浩努力作出政治调适,以老成谋国的审重之心链接了高、孝两朝政治结构。他站在和战的立场,重提息兵养民、保全江浙根本之地的政治构想,他的圆融贯通而又不失纲纪的“中道”,对南宋前期的政治产生了深远影响。The political landscape of the Southern Song Dynasty was complex and volatile during the transition from Emperor Gaozong’s abdication to Emperor Xiaozong’s enthronement.As part of the personnel arrangements laid down by Gaozong,to continue Gaozong’s policies and amend the malpractices of Qin Hui,Shi Hao made significant political adjustments during the transition to Xiaozong’s reign.Shi Hao prudently integrated the political structures of both reigns.Advocating for a balanced approach between war and peace,he introduced the concept of resting the army,nurturing the populace,and preserving the fundamental territory of Jiangzhe.His political ideal,characterized by roundedness and coherence without losing discipline,embodied the“middle way”.This approach had a far-reaching impact on the politics of the early Southern Song Dynasty.
