广西水资源利用上线分析

摘　　要：根据水资源禀赋、经济社会发展合理需要等因素,充分衔接既有水资源管理制度、规划和成果,分析广西水资源利用上线,确定地区用水总量、用水效率、地下水开发利用保护等控制目标,客观评价利用现状,并分区分级划定水资源开发利用管控区,提出相应的管控要求。According to the water resource endowment,rational demands of economic society development and other factors,and fully integrating the existing water resource management systems,planning and achievements,analysis was made on the upper line of water resource utilization in Guangxi;the control objectives such as the total amount of regional water use,water use efficiency,groundwater development,utilization and protection etc.were determined;the current status of water resource utilization was evaluated;water resource development and utilization control zones were delimited by zoning and grading;and corresponding control requirements were put forward.
