从桉叶油脚油提取纯化α-松油醇方法研究

摘　　要：研究了采用精馏、结晶、离心组合工艺技术从桉叶油脚油提取α-松油醇的方法,通过优化回流分布器结构和精馏条件,采用冷冻结晶、离心纯化工艺,解决了桉叶油脚油与α-松油醇形成难分离物系对α-松油醇提取的影响问题,构建了从脚油提取α-松油醇的技术体系,实现α-松油醇提取率80%以上,最终产品α-松油醇含量98%以上目标。该方法具有提取率高,产品质量优的特点,并实现规模化、产业化生产。This paper discussed a method-extractingα-terpineol from the residue of eucalyptus leaf oil by distillation,crystallization and centrifugation.By optimizing the structure of reflux distributor and distillation conditions,freezing crystallization and centrifugal purification process were adopted to solve the problem of the extraction ofα-terpineol in difficult separation system formed betweenα-terpineol and the residue of eucalyptus leaf oil,the technical system was established for the extraction ofα-terpineol from the residue of eucalyptus leaf oil,the extraction rate ofα-terpineol was more than 80%and the content ofα-terpineol in the final product was more than 98%.This method has the characteristics of high extraction rate,excellent product quality,and can realize scale-up industrialization.
