摘 要:建立了灵敏测定Pae的电化学新方法。采用电化学聚合法制备了聚鸟氨酸(Ornithine,PO)修饰电极(modified glass electrode,GME)。优化了聚合pH值、扫描速率、电压、扫描段数等实验条件。建立了Pae的浓度(c)内与其氧化峰电流(i_(pa))的关系,即在8.0×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)~8.0×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1):i_(pa)=3.94×10^(-7)+0.086c(mol·L^(-1)),相关系数R=0.9932,最低检出限为8.0×10^(-9) mol·L^(-1)。该方法经济、简便、快速,线性范围宽,灵敏度高,可用于丹皮酚软膏中Pae的测定,测定结果与LC/MS方法一致,结果令人满意。An electrochemical method was established for the determination of Pae.Ornithine modified electrode(PO/GME)was prepared by electrochemical polymerization.The experimental conditions,including the electrochemical polymerization pH value of the PO solution,scanning rate,voltage,sweep segments were optimized.A linear relationship between the concentration(C)of Pae and its oxidation peak current(i_(pa))on the PO/GME in the range of 8.0×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)-8.0×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1) was established,and its linear regression equation is as follows:i_(pa)=3.94×10^(-7)+0.086c(mol·L^(-1)),the correlation coefficient R=0.9932,the lowest detection limit was 8.0×10^(-9) mol·L^(-1).The method used is economical,simple and rapid with a wide linear range and high sensitivity,and the sensor can be applied to the determination of Pae in paeonol ointment.The results obtained by this method and LC-MS are in good agreement and the results were satisfactory.
