摘 要:本文以离子型稀土矿浸出液为研究对象,研究树脂吸附法回收低浓度稀土矿浸出液中稀土工艺,研究采用三种不同类型的树脂分别对稀土浸出液中的稀土进行回收。实验结果表明D001和WB-2树脂对稀土浸出液的饱和吸附容量可达33 mg/L和31 mg/L,D001树脂采用4 mol/L的氯化钠溶液可实现树脂的脱附再生,WB-2树脂采用低浓度盐酸(0.5或1.0 mol/L)即可实现高效脱附再生,鳌合树脂WB-2在稀土浸出液的稀土回收应用展现出良好的应用前景。In this paper,the leaching solution of ion-type rare earth ore was taken as the research object,and the resin adsorption method was used to recover rare earth from low concentration rare earth ore leaching solution.Three different types of resins were used to recover rare earth from the leaching solution.The experimental results showed that the saturated adsorption capacity of D001 and WB-2 resins for rare earth leaching solution can reach 33 mg/L and 31 mg/L,the desorption regeneration of D001 resin can be achieved by using 4 mol/L sodium chloride solution,and the desorption regeneration of WB-2 resin can be achieved by using low concentration hydrochloric acid(0.5 or 1.0 mol/L).The application of chelate resin WB-2 in rare earth extraction has shown a good prospect.
