摘  要:本文针对当前甘油氯化制备环氧氯丙烷存在的甘油纯度要求高、催化活性差、二氯丙醇收率低等问题,合成了6种新型的复合催化剂,并对甘油氯化反应条件进行了研究。研究确定了最优的反应条件,在最优的反应条件下,6种复合催化剂均表现出较优的催化活性,甘油的转化率高达100%,二氯丙醇的收率最高为92%。复合催化剂A-Fe-Zn-Al对甘油原料的适用范围较广,对于甘油含量70%的粗甘油可直接合成二氯丙醇,二氯丙醇的收率高达88%。To solve the problems of high purity requirement of glycerol,poor catalytic activity and low yield which existed in the reaction for preparation dichloropropene,six kinds of composite catalysts were synthesized.We studied the reaction conditions of glycerol chlorination,and determined the optimum reaction conditions.Under the optimum reaction conditions,six composite catalysts showed excellent catalytic activity,and the conversion rate of glycerol up to 100%,and the most yield of dichloropropanol was 92%.The composite catalyst A-Fe-Zn-Al has a wide range of applications to glycerol materials,and dichloropropanol can be synthesized directly from crude glycerol,the yield of dichloropropanol was 88%when using 70%glycerol as materials.
