摘  要:建立金银翘清热解毒颗粒中金银花有效成分绿原酸的含量测定方法;采用高效液相色谱法测定金银翘清热解毒颗粒中绿原酸的含量,选用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶作为填充剂,乙腈(13)∶0.4%磷酸溶液(87)作为流动相,流速为每分钟0.8 mL,检测波长设定327 nm,柱温设定为25℃,理论板数按绿原酸峰计算应大于1000;结果显示绿原酸在0.3232~2.424μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%,相对标准偏差1.02%。说明该方法简便迅速,精密度高,重现性好,结果稳定,适用于金银翘清热解毒颗粒成品的含量控制。To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Jinyinqiao qingrejiedu granules,and to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Jinyinqiao qingrejiedu granules by High-performance liquid chromatography,octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filling agent,acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution(13∶87)was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 mL per minute,the detection wavelength was set at 327 nm,and the column temperature was set at 25℃,the theoretical plate number should be more than 1000 according to the peak of chlorogenic acid.The results showed that chlorogenic acid has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.3232~2.424μg,the average recovery is 98.6%,the relative standard deviation is 1.02%.The results showed that the method was simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible and stable.It was suitable for the content control of jinyinqiao heat-clearing and detoxicating granules.
