摘  要:表面张力对于液-气和固-气界面的化工单元操作过程有重要影响。从Kelvin公式出发,首先分析了沸腾给热中气泡生成的条件,并特别指出了现有教材存在的错误概念,在此基础上探讨了表面张力对沸腾给热和冷凝给热的影响。表面张力对填料塔和板式塔的传质操作过程的影响也进行了详细分析。Surface tension has an important impact on liquid-gas interface and solid-gas interface processes of unit operation in chemical engineering.The generation conditions of gas bubbles in boiling heat transfer process were firstly analyzed on the basis of Kelvin equation.Then the wrong concept of the existing teaching materials was specially put forward and the effect of surface tension on heat transfer processes of vapours condensation and liquids boiling were discussed based on the correct concept.The impact of surface tention on the operation in the packed tower and the plate tower for the mass transfer unit processes were also discussed in detail.
