摘　　要：大学是学生步入社会的重要时期,学生在学校的身心健康状态决定着其思想、行为社会化的转变成效。宿舍作为大学生在学校期间停留时间最长的场所,宿舍成员之间的人际关系容易对学生个体成长产生干预。基于此,文章立足于大学生宿舍人际关系特点,指出团体心理辅导在改善大学生宿舍人际关系中的作用,并对团体心理辅导在其中的具体运用进行研究。College is an important period for students to step into the society,and the physical and mental health status of students at college determines the effectiveness of the transformation of their thoughts and behavior towards socialization.Dormitory,as the place where college students spend the longest time in school,can easily interfere with the personal growth of students due to the interpersonal relationships between dormitory members.Based on this,the paper focuses on the characteristics of interpersonal relationship in college dormitories,points out the role of group psychological counseling in improving interpersonal relationship in college dormitories,and conducts research on the specific application of group psychological counseling.
