摘 要:由于海水的低温、高渗及大量细菌等因素影响,开放性海战腹部伤体现出与一般腹部创伤不同的伤情特点,既有原发性创伤的损害,又有海水浸泡对腹部重要脏器的二次损伤。对开放性腹部伤合并海水浸泡致病机制的深入研究,将有助于提高受伤人员的诊疗和救治效率。笔者剖析开放性腹部伤合并海水浸泡的致病机制,结合损伤控制外科和人工智能伤情评估在战伤救治领域的应用,阐述开放性腹部外伤合并海水浸泡的救治新策略。Seawater is characterized by its low temperature,high salinity,and abundance of bacteria,open abdominal trauma in naval battle has different characteristics from general abdominal traumas,including not only the injuries of primary trauma,but also the secondary injury of important abdominal organs caused by seawater immersion.It is conducive to improve the efficiency of the diagnosis and treatment of the casualties by carrying out in-depth studies on the pathogenic mechanism of open abdominal trauma with seawater immersion.This paper reviewed the pathogenic mechanism of open abdominal trauma with seawater immersion,discussed the application of damage control surgery and artificial intelligence assessment of the injuries in battle field casualty care,and expounded a new strategy for the treatment of open abdominal trauma with seawater immersion.
