摘　　要：目的探讨驻岛礁官兵的社会支持与抑郁的关系,以及消极应对方式在二者之间的中介作用。方法2019年4月采用简单随机抽样法选取某部岛礁驻守官兵247人,采用军人社会支持量表、抑郁症状量表、简易应对方式问卷进行调查,对数据进行相关分析、多元线性回归分析和中介效应分析。结果社会支持、消极应对方式和抑郁呈两两正相关,且低社会支持、消极应对方式均能正向预测抑郁,两者共同解释抑郁总变异的43.71%(F=96.50,P<0.001);消极应对方式在社会支持与抑郁水平之间起部分中介作用,间接效应值为0.036(95%CI为0.0143~0.0663),中介效应占总效应的8.35%。结论低社会支持能正向预测驻岛礁官兵的抑郁情绪,且还会通过消极应对方式的部分中介作用影响抑郁。Objective To explore the relationship between social support and depression among military personnel stationed on islands and reefs,as well as the mediating effect of negative coping style between the two variables.Methods In April 2019,the simple random sampling method was adopted to select 247 officers and soldiers stationed on certain islands and reefs.The military personnel social support scale,depression symptom scale,and simplified coping style questionnaire were employed to collect data.The correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,and mediation analysis were adopted to analyze the data.Results The total scores of social support,negative coping style,and depression were positively correlated with each other.Low social support and passive coping style can positively predict depression,and both variables together can explain 43.71%of the total variation of depression(F=96.50,P<0.001).Negative coping style played a partial mediating role between social support and depression,with an indirect effect value of 0.036(95%CI:0.0143-0.0663),accounting for 8.35%of the total effect.Conclusion Low social support can positively predict depression among military personnel stationed on islands and reefs,and it can also influence depression through the partial mediating effect of negative coping style.
