摘　　要：肺癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤,大约有68%的患者在65岁后发病。手术是老年肺癌患者的主要治疗方式,而老年肺癌患者常合并基础疾病,存在手术风险和术后康复障碍。肺康复是在全面充分评估患者的基础上,为患者制订个体化的综合性干预措施,包括但不限于运动训练、健康教育和行为改变,旨在改善慢性呼吸道疾病患者的生理和心理状况,目前已证实肺康复能有效提高肺癌患者术后的生活质量,降低患者病死率和术后并发症的发生。本文通过对肺康复的相关概念、老年肺癌患者围手术期实施肺康复的意义、围手术期肺康复的实施内容以及肺康复的前景进行综述,为临床老年肺癌患者围手术期肺康复提供借鉴与参考。Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor worldwide,with approximately 68%of patients developing symptoms after the age of 65.Surgery is the main treatment method for elderly lung cancer patients,and elderly lung cancer patients often have underlying diseases,which pose surgical risks and postoperative rehabilitation obstacles.Pulmonary rehabilitation is the development of personalized and comprehensive interventions for patients based on a comprehensive assessment of the patient,including but not limited to exercise training,health education,and behavioral changes,aimed at improving the physiological and psychological conditions of patients with chronic respiratory diseases.It has been proven that pulmonary rehabilitation can effectively improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients after surgery,and reduce the mortality and postoperative complications.This article reviews the relevant concepts of pulmonary rehabilitation,the significance of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation for elderly lung cancer patients,the implementation content of perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation,and the prospects of pulmonary rehabilitation,providing references for clinical perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation of elderly lung cancer patients.
