摘　　要：手指近侧指间关节(PIPJ)掌板损伤是手外科常见的损伤,早期诊断和正确治疗对手指功能恢复至关重要。目前临床治疗手指PIPJ掌板损伤的方法主要包括保守治疗和手术治疗,治疗目的主要是恢复指间关节活动度以及缓解疼痛。加强对掌板损伤临床症状、体征和辅助检查的认识能有效提高手指PIPJ掌板损伤的早期确诊率并明确损伤分型,以指导制订个体化针对性治疗方案,提高临床疗效。目前尚缺乏统一的掌板损伤专科治疗指南,未来对外固定方法及手术内固定方法进行改良仍是手指PIPJ掌板损伤治疗的研究重点。Finger proximal interphalangeal joint(PIPJ)palmar plate injury is a common injury in hand surgery,and early diagnosis and correct treatment are crucial for finger function recovery.At present,the clinical treatment methods for finger PIPJ palmar plate injury mainly include conservative treatment and surgical treatment,with the main purpose of restoring the range of motion of the interphalangeal joint and relieving pain.Strengthening the understanding of the clinical symptoms,signs,and auxiliary examinations of palmar plate injuries can effectively improve the early diagnosis rate of finger PIPJ palmar plate injuries and clarify the injury classification,so as to guide the development of individualized targeted treatment plans and improve the clinical efficacy.At present,there is still a lack of unified specialized treatment guidelines for palmar plate injuries.In the future,improving external fixation methods and surgical internal fixation methods will still be the research focus for the treatment of finger PIPJ palmar plate injuries.
