摘　　要：急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)是以冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂或侵袭,继发完全或不完全闭塞性血栓形成为病理基础的一组临床综合征,对人类健康造成巨大影响。血脂异常尤其是低密度脂蛋白胆固醇在ACS发生发展中发挥重要作用。近年来降脂治疗在冠心病患者中的作用已得到公认,血脂控制越好,心血管事件发生率越低。目前,各国对冠心病尤其是ACS患者血脂管理提出了明确要求,并推荐阶梯式治疗策略。但即使采用了指南推荐的降脂治疗方案,ACS患者血脂达标率仍较低。因此,规范降脂药物的使用,探讨新的降脂策略作为指南推荐的降脂疗法的有效补充,从而为ACS患者制订个性化的治疗方案,将成为未来降脂治疗的新方向。Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is a group of clinical syndromes based on coronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture or invasion,secondary to complete or incomplete occlusion thrombosis,which has a huge impact on human health.Dyslipidemia,especially low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,plays an important role in ACS development.The role of lipid-lowering therapy in patients with coronary artery disease has been recognized in recent years,and the better the lipid control,the lower the incidence of cardiovascular events.At present,all countries have put forward clear requirements for lipid management in patients with coronary heart disease,especially ACS,and recommended stepwise treatment strategies.However,even with the use of lipid-lowering therapy recommended by the guidelines,the lipid compliance rate of ACS patients is still low.Therefore,standardizing the use of lipid-lowering drugs and exploring new lipid-lowering strategies as an effective supplement to the guideline-recommended lipid-lowering therapies,so as to develop more individualized treatment plans for the patients with ACS,will become a new direction for lipid-lowering therapy in the future.
