摘　　要：目的运用CiteSpace软件对经方麻杏石甘汤的研究现状及发展趋势进行可视化分析。方法在中国知网数据库中检索与麻杏石甘汤相关的文献,检索时间为1980年1月1日至2023年1月1日,运用CiteSpace软件绘制该领域相关文献关键词共现分析、关键词聚类分析、关键词突现分析的科学知识图谱。Objective To visually analyze the research status and development trend of the classic formula Maxing Shigan decoction by CiteSpace software.Methods The literature related to Maxing Shigan decoction was retrieved in CNKI from Jan.1st,1980 to Jan.1st,2023.CiteSpace software was used to draw a scientific knowledge graph of keyword co-occurrence analysis,keyword clustering analysis,and keyword emergence analysis for relevant literature in this field.Results After searching,a total of 1995 relevant articles were obtained,and after screening,1693 articles were included,involving 444 relevant institutions.Among them,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the highest publication volume and citation frequency;there were 687 authors involved,among which LU Fangguo′s literature had the highest citation frequency who worked closely with other authors.The project fundings mentioned in the literature were mainly the National Natural Science Foundation,the National Key Basic Research Development Plan and Hunan and other local natural science funding projects.The related project funding categories were widely distributed and at high levels.The keywords were mainly focused on clinical efficacy,children,mechanism of action,inflammatory factors,and lung function.Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction is primarily used for diseases such as cough,pneumonia,and asthma,with evaluation indexes focusing on its effects on inflammatory factors and lung function.Future research will concentrate on exploring its mechanisms of action,optimal dosage ratios,active ingredients,combination therapy,etc.,so as to promote standardized application and integrate the basic research with the clinical practice.
