摘　　要：《中药调剂职业教育规范》(SCM 72-2022,以下简称《规范》)是全球范围首个关于中药调剂职业教育的国际组织标准,是中医药服务能力建设的重要依据和参考,旨在促进中药调剂工作的规范化、标准化。中药饮片调剂是《规范》中的一个规范性职业教育模块,包括调剂基础知识和调剂实践技能,其中中药饮片调整实践技能涵盖了中药饮片性状辨识、临方炮制、处方应付、调剂供应、处方审核、汤剂煎煮、发药交代、采购验收以及贮存养护等9项中药调剂关键技术,是中药调剂的重要组成部分,也是实现中医临床诊疗效果的重要环节。本研究通过分析中药饮片调剂过程中常见的问题,对中药饮片处方审核技术、中药饮片临方炮制技术、中药饮片处方应付技术与中药饮片发药交代技术进行解读,以方便中药调剂从业人员及时准确掌握和应用《规范》的相关内容,提高中药调剂从业人员的专业素养和技能水平,推进全球范围内中药调剂规范化建设,保障中药饮片调剂质量,进而保障患者的用药安全。The“Specification for Vocational Education of Chinese Medicine Dispending”(SCM 72-2022)is the first international organization standard on vocational education of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing,which is an important basis and reference for the construction of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)service capacity,to promote the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing.The dispensing of TCM decoction pieces is a normative vocational education module in this“Specification”,which including the basic knowledge and practical skills of dispensing TCM decoction pieces.Among them,the practical skills cover 9 key techniques of Chinese medicine dispensing,including character identification,clinical preparation,prescription dispensing,dispensing and supply,prescription checking,decoction,medication guidance,purchase and acceptance,storage and maintenance,which is an important com-ponent of TCM dispensing,and is an important link to realize the effects of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment.By analyzing the com-mon problems in the process of dispensing of TCM decoction pieces,this study interprets the prescription checking skills,prescription-based processing skills,prescription distribution skills,medication guidance skills of TCM decoction pieces dispensing.The aim is to better enable practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing to understand and master the relevant contents of this“Specifica-tion”in a timely and accurate manner,improve the professional literacy and skill level of personnel engaged in traditional Chinese medi-cine dispensing,to promote the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing all over the world,ensure the quality of tradi-tional Chinese medicine dispensing,and thus assure the medicate safe.
