医学院校共青团巩固和扩大党执政的青年群众基础路径研究

摘　　要：新时代教育的首要问题是“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”,而教育工作的根本任务和教育现代化的方向目标是培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。代表广大青年、赢得广大青年、依靠广大青年是中国共产党不断从胜利走向胜利的重要保证。党的二十大对于青年和青年工作提出了明确要求,为高校共青团工作提供了根本遵循,文章立足高校共青团是党联系青年的桥梁和纽带,是党的青年工作的重要力量,是中国共产党领导的先进青年的群众组织,是广大青年在实践中学习中国特色社会主义和共产主义的学校,是培养青年马克思主义者的重要阵地以及高校共青团在“十大育人”“三全育人”新发展格局中、在“大思政”“新医科”育人体系视域下不可替代的育人地位和肩负的重要育人使命,进一步研究如何巩固和扩大新时代党执政的青年群众基础。文章以重庆医科大学为例,将从思想和价值引领、第二课堂成绩单、权益服务、社会实践、医学志愿服务、组织提升等几个维度探讨医学院校共青团巩固和扩大党执政的青年群众基础路径,以期为医学院校共青团组织进一步巩固和扩大党执政的青年群众基础提供决策参考。The core problem of education in the new era is"what people to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate",and the fundamental task of education and the direction of educational modernization is to foster new youth to take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Representing the youth,winning the youth,and relying on the youth are important guarantees for the the Communist Party of China to continuously move from victory to victory.The Party′s 20th National Congress put forward clear requirements for youth and youth work,and provides fundamental guidelines for the work of the communist youth league in universities.This article is based on that the Communist Youth League of universities is the bridge and link between the Party and the youth,is an important force of the Party′s youth work,is the mass organization of advanced youth under the leadership of the communist Party of China,is the school where the majority of young people learn socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism in practice,is an important position for fostering young Marxists,and the Communist Youth League of universities in the new developmental pattern of"ten education systems"and"three-whole education",under the vision of the educational system of"great ideology and politics"and"new medical science",the irreplaceable educational status and the important educational mission shouldered by the Communist Youth League of universities are further studied on how to consolidate and expand the youth mass base of the Party′s ruling in the new era.Taking Chongqing Medical University as an example,this paper will explore the path for the Communist Youth League of medical colleges to consolidate and expand the youth mass base of the Party′s ruling from several dimensions,such as ideological and value guidance,the results of the the second class,rights and interests service,social practice,medical volunteer service,and organizational improvement,in order to provide decision-making reference for the Communist Youth Lea
