摘  要:目的探讨艾司氯胺酮在患儿核磁共振成像检查(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)中的应用价值。方法选择2022年1月—2023年5月烟台市烟台山医院和山东中医药大学附属医院收治的90例行MRI检查患儿为研究对象,随机分为Ⅰ组(采用丙泊酚)、Ⅱ组(采用右美托咪定)和Ⅲ组(采用艾司氯胺酮),各30例。比较3组镇静起效时间、MRI检查时间、苏醒时间及检查过程中发生的并发症。结果Ⅱ组镇静起效时间为(7.73±0.83)min,明显长于Ⅰ组(3.47±0.63)min和Ⅲ组(3.50±0.51)min(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组MRI检查时间明显短于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组苏醒时间明显长于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。所有患儿均无严重并发症发生。结论艾司氯胺酮可安全用于患儿MRI,起效快、苏醒快,值得临床进一步研究。Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of esketamine in children used for magnetic resonance imagine(MRI).Methods A total of 90 pediatric patients undergoing magnetic resonance imaging examination admitted to Yantaishan Hospital,Yantai City and Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to May 2023 were collected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into groupsⅠ(using the propofol),groupⅡ(using right the microphones)and groupⅢ(using department of ketamine group),30 cases in each group.The onset time of sedation,MRI examination time,recovery time and complications during the examination were compared among the three groups.Results The onset time of sedation in groupⅡwas significantly longer than that in groupⅠand groupⅢ(P<0.05).The time of MRI examination in groupⅢwas significantly shorter than that in groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05).The recovery time of groupⅡwas significantly longer than that of groupⅠand groupⅢ(P<0.05).No severe complications occurred in all children.Conclusion Esketamine can be safely used in children for MRI,has the advantage of quick onset and rapid awakening,so can be further research in clinic.
