摘 要:目的评估丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)检测质量控制对无偿献血者招募的影响情况。方法选取2021年1—12月设置为对照阶段,2022年1—12月设置为观察阶段。对照阶段共采集无偿献血者血液标本10457次;观察阶段共采集无偿献血者血液标本9966次。对照阶段采集无偿献血者血液标本应用生化分析仪及其配套试剂对ALT进行检测,观察阶段采集无偿献血者血液标本应用仪器试剂同对照阶段完全一致,同时予以检测期间质量控制措施。比较对照阶段、观察阶段无偿献血者标本淘汰率差异,同时对2个阶段无偿献血者标本淘汰占比情况进行计算与对比。结果对照阶段中共检测无偿献血者标本10457次,其中ALT检测淘汰共16次,计算淘汰率为0.15%;观察阶段中共检测无偿献血者标本9966次,其中ALT检测淘汰共3次,计算淘汰率为0.03%;观察阶段ALT检测淘汰率低于对照阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照阶段中,无偿献血者标本总淘汰数为34次,其中ALT淘汰数为16次,占比为47.06%;观察阶段中,无偿献血者标本总淘汰数为33次,其中ALT淘汰数为3次,占比为9.09%;观察阶段ALT检测淘汰构成比低于对照阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ALT检测质量控制对无偿献血者血液标本质量有重要影响,定期对ALT检测设备进行校准以及质量控制可确保ALT初步筛查的稳定性与准确性,对减少无偿献血者血液标本浪费问题,同时对提高无偿献血者献血积极性,稳定献血队伍有积极意义,此文的研究结果为无偿献血者招募质量以及后期标准制定提供了借鉴内容。Objective To evaluate the impact of alanine transaminase(ALT)testing quality control on the recruitment of voluntary blood donors.Methods The period from January to December 2021 was selected as the control phase,and the period from January to December 2022 was set as the observation phase.A total of 10457 blood samples were collected from voluntary blood donors during the control phase,during the observation phase,a total of 9966 blood samples were collected from voluntary blood donors.During the control phase,blood samples from voluntary blood donors were collected and tested for ALT using a biochemical analyzer and its supporting reagents.During the observation phase,blood samples from voluntary blood donors were collected using the same instruments and reagents as the control phase,and quality control measures were taken during the testing period.The difference in sample elimination rates between the control phase and the observation phase for voluntary blood donors were compared,and the proportion of sample elimination for voluntary blood donors in the two phases were calculated and compared.Results During the control phase,a total of 10457 voluntary blood donors specimens were tested,of which 16 were eliminated through ALT testing,with a calculated elimination rate of 0.15%.During the observation phase,a total of 9966 voluntary blood donors specimens were tested,of which 3 were eliminated through ALT testing,with a calculated elimination rate of 0.03%.The elimination rate of ALT detection in the observation phase was lower than that in the control phase,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control phase,the total number of samples eliminated from voluntary blood donors was 34 times,of which ALT was eliminated 16 times,accounting for 47.06%.During the observation phase,the total number of samples eliminated from voluntary blood donors was 33 times,of which ALT was eliminated 3 times,accounting for 9.09%.ALT elimination ratio in the observation phase was lower than that in the control p
