国内医用粘胶剂相关性皮肤损伤护理研究的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的了解医用粘胶剂相关性皮肤损伤(medical adhesive related skin injury,MARSI)护理研究特点及研究趋势,为MARSI预防的深入研究提供参考。方法以中文期刊全文数据库(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普全文数据库作为本研究的期刊网站统计源,对建库至2022年12月31日国内MARSI护理研究文献从文献数量及时间分布、文献期刊分布、作者及基金分布等进行计量学分析。结果共检索到219篇文献(不包含硕士论文17篇,会议论文8篇),发表于87种期刊上,平均发文量2.52篇;共计作者569名,支撑课题71个,涉及140家单位,26个省、自治区、直辖市。结论护理管理者应重视MARSI预防,建议规范MARSI的中文名称,早日形成本土化的MARSI评估和预防标准、评估量表和护理指南,便于对MARSI的预防进行规范系统培训,对MARSI进行专项管理。科研管理者应重视护理人员课题设计规范性和论文书写质量的提升,大中专学历人员科研能力、县级及以下医院科研水平的提升可能成为今后关注及帮扶的重点。Objective To understand the characteristics and trends of nursing research on medical adhesive related skin injury(MARSI),and to provide reference for further research on the prevention of MARSI.Methods Based on the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wan Fang Data knowledge service platform and China Science and Technology Journal Database,the domestic nursing research literatures of MARSI from the establishment of the database to December 31,2022 were statistically analyzed in terms of the number,time distribution,literature distribution,author and fund distribution.Results A total of 219 papers(excluding 17 master's thesis and 8 conference articles)were retrieved and published in 87 journals,with an average of 2.52 papers.A total of 569 authors supported 71 projects,involving 140 units and 26 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities.Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the prevention of MARSI.It is suggested that the Chinese name of MARSI should be standardized,and the localized MARSI evaluation and prevention standards,evaluation scales and nursing guidelines should be formed as soon as possible,so as to facilitate the standardized and systematic training of MARSI prevention and the special management of MARSI.Scientific research managers should pay attention to the standardization of nursing staff's topic design and the improvement of paper writing quality.The improvement of scientific research ability of college and secondary school degree personnel and the improvement of scientific research level of hospitals at or below the county level may become the focus of attention and assistance in the future.
