摘　　要：腰方肌阻滞是将局麻药物注入到腰方肌邻近的筋膜间隙内,阻滞在其内行走的相关胸腰神经产生镇痛的神经阻滞方法。可为腹部、髋部、下肢等手术提供镇痛,在急慢性疼痛管理中亦有良好效果,还可缓解腹部内脏疼痛。本专家共识系统介绍了腰方肌阻滞的相关解剖特点、不同入路阻滞方法及阻滞范围、常用麻醉药物、并发症以及临床应用等,为其在临床的有效安全应用提供参考。Quadratus lumborum block is a fascial plane block technique,by injecting local anesthetic into the fascial plane adjacent to the quadratus lumborum muscle,to block the thoracolumbar nerves.Quadratus lumborum block can provide analgesia for abdomen,hip,lower extremity and other operations,which has good effects in acute and chronic pain management,and may relieve abdominal visceral pain.This expert consensus offers a comprehensive overview of relevant anatomical characteristics,approaches and techniques with dermatomal coverage,common used local anesthetics,potential complications,and clinical evidence,to ensure effectiveness and safety in the clinical application.
