摘 要:超高强度钢强度的提高有利于实现构件的轻量化。目前广泛应用超高强度钢板的强度普遍不高于2 000 MPa,针对一种强度为2 300 MPa级的超高强度钢,通过SEM、TEM和物理化学相分析等方法研究了回火温度对其显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,经140~230℃不同温度回火处理后,实验钢显微组织均为板条马氏体和ε-碳化物,ε-碳化物质量分数随回火温度的升高从0.196%增加至0.718%。随回火温度的升高,实验钢的抗拉强度从2 441 MPa降低至2 169 MPa、屈服强度从1 720 MPa升高至1 825 MPa、冲击吸收功在19 J/cm^(2)上下波动。ε-碳化物的析出提高了析出强化效果,使得实验钢的屈服强度升高,马氏体中固溶碳含量的下降,使得实验钢的抗拉强度下降。The increase of strength of ultra-high strength steels is very effective in realizing lightweight of components.At present,the strength of ultra-high strength steel plates is generally not higher than 2000 MPa.SEM,TEM and extraction phase analysis method were carried out to study the effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 230o MPa grade low alloy ultra-high strength steel.The results show that the microstructure of the experimental steel is slatted martensitic and e-carbide after tempering treatment at different temperatures of 140-230 C,and the content of e-carbide increases from 0.196 wt.%to 0.718 wt.%with the increase of tempering temperature.When the tempering temperature increases from 140°℃to 230 C,the tensile strength of the experimental steel decreases from 2441 MPa to 2169 MPa,the yield strength decreases from 1720 MPa to 1825 MPa,and the impact absorption work fluctuates up and down 19 J/cm².The increase in yield strength of experimental steel is due to the increase of e-carbide precipitation strengthening,while the decrease in tensile strength is due to the decrease of dissolved carbon content in martensite.
