摘 要:采用大涡模拟(LES)方法对Taylor-Couette涡流场进行瞬态数值模拟,研究了波状涡流场中不同旋转雷诺数下环隙子午面上涡流场特征随时间的变化情况,分析了波状涡流场的周期性变化规律.结果表明:Taylor-Couette波状涡流场内的涡旋大小、形态及涡心位置存在周期性变化规律,相邻涡旋的形态与特征呈现相反的变化趋势;涡旋、涡核的变化周期几乎完全相同,当转速为20 r/min时,涡旋和涡核的周期变化时间分别为6.80 s和6.83 s,当转速为40 r/min时,涡旋和涡核的周期变化时间分别为1.49 s和1.50 s,但涡核的变化趋势在周期变化过程中处于主导地位;随着旋转雷诺数的增大,波状涡的变化周期逐渐减小,说明周期的数值变化一定程度上可以反映并衡量Taylor-Couette涡流场形态的转变过程.The large eddy simulation(LES)method was applied to transient numerically simulate the vortex flow field of TaylorCouette.The variation characteristics of the wavy vortex flow on the meridian plane of Taylor-Couette were studied,and the periodic variations of wavy vortex flow were analyzed with time under different rotational Reynolds numbers.Results show that the size,morphology,vortex center location of the vortices in the Taylor-Couette wavy vortex flow change periodically,while the morphology and characteristics of the adjacent vortices change in opposite tendency.The period of vortices and vortex nuclei are almost the same.When the rotational speed is 20 r/min,the period of vortices and vortex nuclei are 6.80 s and 6.83 s,respectively.When the rotational speed is 40 r/min,the period of vortices and vortex nuclei are 1.49 s and 1.50 s,respectively,but the vortex nuclei plays dominant in the periodic change process.With the increase of the rotational Reynolds number,the variation periods of wavy vortex decrease gradually,indicating that the morphology transformation process of Taylor-Couette vortex flow can be reflected and measured by the numerical variation of the period to a certain extent.
