摘　　要：针对前大灯中间装饰板外层白色透明、内层黑色、标志区域镂空的产品特点,设计了倒装双色注塑成型模具;分析了产品成型及开模可行性、模具结构及动作原理、模流分析以及模具各系统结构,提出了该模具以及成型过程中可能出现的质量问题及解决方案。实践表明,该模具动作稳定可靠,质量满足设计要求。According to the product characteristics of the middle decorative plate of the headlamp,the outer layer is white and transparent,the inner layer is black and the logo area is hollow-out,the flip two-color injection molding mold is designed.The paper describes the feasibility analysis of the molding and mold opening of the product,the mold structure and operation principle,the mold flow analysis,and the mold system structure.The mold and the quality problems that may occur in the forming process and the solutions are emphatically explained.The practice shows that the mold scheme is stable and reliable,and the quality meets the design requirements.
