摘　　要：随着电动汽车行业的快速发展,用户对车辆舒适性要求不断提升。电驱减速箱齿轮作为电动汽车主要噪声源,严重影响用户对汽车使用体验。本文从电驱减速箱齿轮噪声产生机理出发,总结了齿轮噪声的形成因素,针对性地提出了电驱减速箱齿轮噪声的控制方法,以降低齿轮噪声,提升驾乘舒适性。With the development of electric vehicles and the improvement of users'demand for vehicle comfort,the electric drive reduction gearbox gear as the main noise source of electric vehicles,seriously affecting the experience of automobile use.This paper starts from the principle of electric drive gearbox gear noise generation,summarizes the formation factors of gear noise,and puts forward the control method of electric drive gearbox gear noise in a targeted manner.It aims to improve driving comfort by reducing gear noise and provide reference for the design and manufacturing process of electric vehicle transmission gears.
