摘　　要：本文主要对离合性能测试方法与离合器容量设计改善进行研究,涉及各项离合性能的测试与离合器容量计算与改善,包括踏板力、踏板行程、滑摩功、温升、后备系数、离合器寿命等。通过竞品测试建立数据库完成标准规范的搭建。通过构建离合器寿命模型公式,计算分析离合器容量对寿命的影响,并通过实物样件的装车情况确定改善效果。This paper mainly focuses on the research of the test method of clutch performance and the improvement of clutch capacity design,which involves the test of each clutch performance and the calculation and improvement of clutch capacity,including the pedal force,pedal stroke,sliding work,temperature rise,back-up factor,clutch life,etc.Complete the construction of standard specifications by establishing a database through competitive testing.Calculate and analyse the effect of clutch capacity on life by constructing the clutch life model formula,and determine the effect of its improvement through the loading of physical samples.
