摘 要:汽车白车身是由许多单独的薄型钢板冲压件通过焊接在一起而组成的复杂组合体,因此,焊接是汽车白车身制造过程中十分重要的工序。合理的焊接工艺和焊装流程能够提高汽车的结构强度和安全性,并降低制造成本。白车身的总体制造质量体现了汽车生产的技术水平,白车身焊接工艺和焊装线装备水平是提高整车产品质量和生产效率的关键因素。本文介绍了白车身焊接技术和焊装生产线的关键装备,并重点对几种常见的机器人焊接工艺和焊接机器人系统进行了研究。The automotive body-in-white is a complex assembly composed of many individual thin steel plate stamping parts welded together,so welding is a very important process in the manufacturing process of the automobile body-in-white.Reasonable welding process and welding process can improve the structural strength and safety of automobiles,and reduce manufacturing costs.The overall manufacturing quality of BIW reflects the technical level of automobile production,and the welding process and equipment level of BIW have become the key factors to improve the quality and production efficiency of vehicle products.This paper introduces the body-in-white welding technology and the key equipment of the welding production line,and focuses on the research of several common robotic welding processes and welding robot systems.
