摘 要:针对某车型催化器上排温传感器在路试中出现多例松脱故障问题进行了分析研究,进行台架故障复现试验以及路试验证。研究发现,排温传感器螺母与催化器上的传感器安装座膨胀系数相差大,导致装配在催化器上的排温传感器螺母扭矩衰减加快,路试后松脱失效,即使重新上紧排温传感器螺母扭矩搭载路试,松脱故障依旧复现。因此,对催化器上的传感器安装座材料进行调整,确保与排温传感器螺母材料膨胀系数一致,从而降低甚至规避排温传感器松脱风险。In this paper,several cases of loose fault of the exhaust temperature sensor on a catalytic converter in road test are analyzed and studied,through theoretical analysis,bench fault recurrence test and road test.It is found that the expansion coefficient of the exhaust temperature sensor nut and the sensor mounting seat on the catalyst is very different,which leads to the acceleration of torque attenuation of the exhaust temperature sensor nut installed on the catalyst,and the failure of loosening after road test.Even if the torque load test of the exhaust temperature sensor nut is re-tightened,the loose fault still occurs.Therefore,the sensor mounting seat material on the catalytic converter is adjusted to ensure that the expansion coefficient of the temperature sensor nut material is consistent,so as to reduce or even avoid the risk of the temperature sensor loosening.
